These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mobile apps, websites, and services published by Fig Studio LLC, including the Fig Devotional mobile app (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

2. No Account Requirement

The App does not require you to create a personal user account.

If future features offer optional login or syncing, you will be responsible for safeguarding any credentials you choose to use.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment through Apple App Store in-app purchases.

Subscriptions are billed under the terms displayed at purchase and are managed directly through your Apple ID settings.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple’s policies.

Deleting your profile in the App does not cancel an active subscription.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All devotional content, text, graphics, software, and other materials in the App are owned by Fig Studio LLC or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

You retain ownership of optional personal notes or reflections entered into the App.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes

• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

• Reverse-engineer the App or attempt to extract source code

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates trusted third-party services, including:

• Firebase by Google (analytics, diagnostics, hosting)

• RevenueCat (subscription management)

• OpenAI (AI-generated devotional content processing)

Use of these services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App may generate devotional text using AI services. Generated content is provided for informational or reflective purposes only and is not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. You remain responsible for your choices and interpretations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or protection against data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fig Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to fees paid by you for the App in the preceding 12 months, where allowed by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Florida.
