This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications and services published by Fig Studio LLC, including the Fig Devotional mobile app (“the App”). When you use the App, you agree to the practices described below.

 

  1. Information We Collect We do not collect personal identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, or login credentials. The App does not require account creation and does not ask users to provide identity information.

 

We may collect: • Usage Data: device type, operating system version, app activity, performance analytics, crash logs, and diagnostic information. • Optional Inputs: mood sliders, devotional notes, reflections, or journal entries you enter inside the App. These remain on your device or within your app profile and are not linked to personal identity. You choose whether to keep or delete them.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and the App is not intended for their use.

 

  1. How We Use Information We use collected data to: • Operate and improve the App • Support personalized devotional experience • Monitor performance and correct defects • Maintain subscription access where applicable We do not sell data and do not use collected information for targeted advertising.
  2. Sharing of Information We only share limited technical data in the following cases: • Service Providers supporting hosting, analytics, subscriptions, crash reporting, or similar functions • Legal Requirements if required by law, subpoena, or government authority We do not share information with advertisers.
  3. Data Storage and Security Technical and diagnostic data may be stored on secure servers located in the United States. Industry-standard measures (encrypted transmission, restricted access) are applied. No digital storage system is perfectly secure.
  4. Data Retention and Deletion We retain only the technical data needed to operate the App and meet legal obligations.

 

You may delete your App profile at any time using the in-App Delete Profile option. This removes stored Firebase authentication identifiers used for app access and deletes all stored devotional inputs or notes.

Deleting a profile does not cancel paid subscriptions. Subscription cancellations must be managed in your Apple ID settings.

After deletion, remaining data is removed unless retention is required for regulatory, accounting, or tax purposes.

 

 

  1. Third-Party Services The App uses third-party providers to function:

Firebase (Google) Used for hosting, analytics, performance monitoring, and crash reporting. Firebase may collect device identifiers, diagnostics, and usage logs to improve stability.

RevenueCat, Inc. Used for in-app purchase and subscription management. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts, subscription status, and device-level identifiers required by Apple. It does not receive identity information from us.

OpenAI Services Text you submit when using AI-powered devotional responses may be securely transmitted to OpenAI to generate output. This text is processed only to return responses. We do not use these inputs for advertising or profiling. OpenAI may retain data according to its published policies.

We do not authorize any of these providers to use information for their own marketing purposes.

 

  1. No Advertising Tracking We do not collect advertising identifiers and do not track users across third-party apps or websites.
  2. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
