The following products were designed, built, and shipped through Fig.OS — the studio’s own orchestration layer. Each operates at the intersection of user-experience design and artificial intelligence. Some are shipping; some are in active development; others remain a committed idea.

The operational heart of the studio. Fig.OS is a custom-built dashboard and orchestration layer that drives every stage of the product lifecycle. It researches gaps in the market and proposes solutions to be built. Once a proposal survives human review, it generates a build plan to MVP, then manages development end-to-end — dispatching and coordinating sub-agents, integrating with Fig Shipyard for task management, and maintaining applications through direct connections to App Store Connect and Google Play Console. It researches competitors, conducts ASO analysis, and manages Apple Search Ads campaigns for shipping products. Every product on this page was built through Fig.OS. The system does not replace the practitioner; it removes the friction between intention and execution.

An internal task-tracking console for the management of the studio’s own product development. A native macOS application with a local SwiftData store and an embedded Model Context Protocol server, which exposes the task store to a language-model agent. No task is transitioned without the express approval of a human operator. The agent proposes; the practitioner disposes.

A privacy-first application for the tracking of chronic symptoms and flare-ups. All user data is retained on the device. The application employs on-device pattern recognition to surface correlations between triggers and episodes, without transmitting health data to any server. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for the services of a qualified physician.

A single-question application for the beaches of Montevideo: can I swim today? The Intendencia certifies bathing water using representative days — those with no rainfall and no sewage discharge in the preceding twenty-four hours. It is a published and defensible criterion, and it is also why the public figure reassures: on representative days the water exceeds the legal limit 6.3% of the time; on the days excluded from that calculation, 23.1%. The same beaches, the same laboratory, 7,912 samples. Those excluded readings have been sitting in the open data portal, and no one has yet put them in front of a swimmer. The application asserts nothing about cleanliness; it reports compliance with a threshold fixed in law, and it says plainly when it does not know. There is no server — a scheduled script writes a single JSON file to a content delivery network, and nothing runs between the ticks.

Bureau of Minor Bravery    iOS · In Development · expected late 2026

A daily-mission application for individuals managing social anxiety. Each day, the user is issued a small, achievable mission of practical courage — calibrated by an AI model to the user’s declared comfort level — and is invited to file a brief debrief upon its completion. The bureau keeps a dossier of accumulated bravery, quietly proving that the user is braver than they believe.
