Not a Medical Device

Flare is a personal logging tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations of any kind. Nothing in the app should be interpreted as medical guidance.

Flare is designed to help you organize and communicate your own observations — not to replace the judgment of a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor or other licensed professional for medical decisions.

Your Entries, Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you log. Flare records what you enter — it does not verify, validate, or interpret it. We make no guarantee about the completeness or availability of your data.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Flare offers optional in-app purchases including monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Monthly and annual plans include a 30-day free trial for new subscribers.

Your Data

Your data belongs to you. It lives on your device and we have no access to it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

No Warranty

Flare is provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the app's fitness for any particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any decisions made based on data logged in Flare.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fig Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flare.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll note the new effective date at the top. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
